As a widower I began exploring sound therapy as a way for me to manage grief. Several sound healer certifications later I am totally convinced that sound is medicine. With all that is happening on our planet, sound therapy is necessary to bring us back to our heart space. I like to think that by practicing sound therapy I am helping a little bit to offset the chaos all around us, one person at a time. We will begin with a check-in for how you are in the moment. What pains, feelings, stuck emotions and energy are you experiencing? Then, the intention of your private sound therapy session is to move what is holding on to you to make room for cohesion and smooth flow within your body. Sound will activate your parasympathetic nervous system bringing you to a relaxed state. The frequencies and vibration from the vibration table will reduce the sensation of pain. You will feel lighter and relaxed. A Voice Analysis Harmony is offered and your sound therapy can be used to supply the remedy frequencies to your body. |
