My Final Paper is about the Vibration of Laughter through Laughter Yoga. Laughter Yoga teaches how to laugh as an exercise using the breathing techniques of yoga for health and well being. Most people may think it strange to laugh for no reason as an exercise, but it is really the best way to exercise and laugh. The health benefits of laughter are many which I go into in my paper. That is why you shouldn’t wait to feel like laughing to do so. Laughter yoga doesn’t involve humor or jokes and you don’t have to be in the mood to laugh to do so. You laugh as an exercise, like any other exercise program and reap the benefits. Chances are by the end of the class your laughter will be real and your vibration as high as you will feel. In my paper I discuss various exercise techniques and will demonstrate them in my presentation, with class participation. I hope you enjoy the information become inspired to laugh more.
