I decided to write my paper on Cymatics. I truly believe that it is in our nature to have this need of proof of that which we cannot see. Cymatics is just that. It proves to us that there is a whole world beyond our realm, that exists even when we cannot see it. I was struck by Nigels Stanfords Cymatics video when I first saw it, at how well he brought these different worlds together, and created such an amazing collaboration of music, art, vibration, and matter. I believe it is also important to understand that it is a part of our history, and discoveries go back throughout time. We have a very promising future with cymatics, and just need to continue the conversations and understand the possibilities we have because of it.
