The Paper is on Vibration Gastronomy: How Words, Music, and Visual Cues Affect the Taste of Food. My research shows that the frequency of the music we are listening to can affect how food tastes and the foods we select when in a store or restaurant, and can help with nutritional needs for hospital patients and nursing home residents.
