The Greek philosopher, Plato, introduced the story of the lost continent of Atlantis.  He wrote about a land called Atlantis in two of his dialogues, Timaeus and Critias around 370 B.C.  Plato stated that the continent lay in the Atlantic Ocean near the Straits of Gibraltar until its destruction 10,000 years previous. Plato described Atlantis as alternating rings of sea and land, with a palace in the center 'bull's eye'.

For forty thousand years people across the world found ways to consciously vibrate a column of air within tubular shaped natural materials, the earliest known example so far being of animal bone. Though we know little about the sounds these Neolithic instruments made, we recognize their forms as flutes. Many indigenous cultures today still connect to their ancestral traditions with music from flutes made of wood, clay, shells and bamboo.

Eating is a moment that we are all waiting for, thinking what we would like to eat, different kind of dishes, different mixes of flavors, fruits, desserts, etc. But many times when this expected moment comes, most of us don’t enjoy it as we were waiting for, or expecting that moment to be. In fact most of times we don’t notice  how fast we ate our food, we don’t even take the time necessary to chew and dissolve all the flavors, spices, aromas in our mouth. Something what we were waiting for hours is gone in minutes. We realize it when our dishes are empty and there is nothing left.

I would say that in the last 30 years, since the 1980’s, there has been a rising interest in dolphins.  We really don’t know much about them. Of course there have been some people that have taken them seriously enough to learn about them.  On the internet you can find all sorts of topics related to dolphins. “Save the dolphins” is one of them, another is “E.T.’s”; another one is “dolphin therapy”.  Today I’m going to share some information based on their innate “sound”.   Powerpoint included

Sound healing might be a new concept for a daily supplement, but it is in fact a very old  practice. People  everywhere  are  becoming  more  and  more  conscious  of  their  physical  and  mental  health because  they  want  to  live  a  healthy  life  or  they  have  to  make  healthy  changes  because  of  illness  or  threat  of  illness.  Most of us  think   of  healthy  choices  being  related  to  diet  and exercise,  many  people  go  to  great  lengths  to  achieve  perfect  health  with  the  aid  of  supplements and  multiple  vitamins  in  addition  to  a  healthy  diet  and  exercise.

Short Description
In planting my garden I think about what I manifest with each seed. Through this intention, the mindful nurturing of the seeds into blossoms has allowed me to develop a soul connection with flowers.  When I first began to feel this connection I started to photograph the flowers to try to capture their essence.  As I photographed them I began to see the light force inside of them that reflected the intentions I had manifested. This paper uses intention to bring nature and art to life.

Short Description
Music and sound in the ancient world were mysterious and powerful tools used for the attunement of the psyche and body, and can be understood as a means for connecting with the sacred. Great seers from mystical traditions tell us that what we experience on a daily basis is really only a projected reality in which events and things only appear to be separate in space and time. When we exist within this state of projected reality, we tend to get bound in a tangle of thought that keeps our attention bound to the physical world.

The gong is one of the oldest musical instruments in the world. Archaeologists have unearthed gongs built almost four thousand years ago. The earliest written mention of the gong was in China in the 6th century. In these ancient documents the Chinese claim that another culture from Central Asia introduced it to them. While we can’t be certain which culture created the gong, it’s safe to say the sound resonated with the Chinese and that they made the gong their own.

Ramon Stevens (See Randy’s handout) states “...the swirling dance of physical universe construction is governed by the three fundamental qualities of co-operation among all elements and cells, the free flowing passage of energy and information without hindrance or barrier, and the spice and power of variety.” Cells declare their free will, but recognise that only by pooling “... their charge, communicating constantly, operating on the agreed upon laws of vibration” will they be able to create and sustain the fundamental building blocks of space and time.

Short Description
"Silence is the language God speaks and everything else is a bad translation." Everything in the universe has its opposite that keeps things in balance, as sound is to silence. As male is to female, the in and out breath, negative as to positive, darkness and light, heartbeat and space, all couldn’t exist without the other. Therefore it is fairly safe to assume that before the primordial sound ‘’om’’ there was a silence. My belief is that after the round of ‘’om’’ what we currently experience ends, followed by silence again for the same amount time
