Biofield Tuning (aka Sound Balancing), developed by Eileen McKusick, is a “therapeutic method that makes use of the frequencies produced by tuning forks to detect and correct distortions and imbalances within the biomagnetic energy field, or biofield, that surrounds the human body”. She has brought her years of study to the public through her book Tuning the Human Biofield, and has been teaching her Biofield Tuning technique to others over the past few years.

"My final paper and power point presentation is about gemstone attunement and the mandalas of crystal oversouls. Two books specifically that were used to write this are; Sacred sites by Judy Hall and Sacred Sounds by Ted Andrews, along with many hours of google research. The paper goes in depth about the energy vortex points in the earth's chakras and how crystals can assist us to connect and communicate with them. It gives information of specific Hz frequencies and how to cleanse and activate crystals by speaking to them. I have done a lot of experimenting with these frequencies and with speaking to crystals since beginning this project and have been blown away by how they have assisted my sound healings. When we look at sound, we see that it is all around us. We begin to see how it works on our emotions and the brain. More research has been conducted now, more than ever. In this assignment I looked at the differences between sound and music therapies. I also looked at how this impacts the brain and development of a person throughout their life. We see how sound allows us to reset, return to our normal state and help us develop other skills throughout our life span. It is the key to help us get back into our body and become free once again.
