My soul has been trying to communicate with me for my entire life. I just couldn’t hear between the lines. I think listening is being present in the moment and with the profoundly real. Connection with self, one another, the lovely creatures who share this planet, the food and water that sustains us on this journey. I am eternally grateful.

In this paper, I will provide general information about Tibetan Singing Bowls, various uses and their observed healing impact. My interest in healing with sound started during a short voice practice. After toning the Sargam Notes approximately for 20 minutes, out of nowhere I remembered a guy I have never been able to forgive.

Short Description
From time immemorial man has studied nature to seek patterns and meaning. Every culture developed a system to connect with the universe, explain man’s connection within it and to make sense of their time and place in God’s creation. This later expanded to having an ability to predict cosmic events and to map the night sky.

Sound therapy is a healing modality that has intrigued me for many years. However, I didn’t know that it was “Sound Therapy”. I was just interested in the concept that everything in the universe vibrates.

Many societies and cultures around the world engage in rhythmic activities such as dancing, singing and drumming. However, can these rhythm-based movements serve us for more than entertaining purposes? Neuroscientists discovered that music and rhythm based movements can improve speech disabilities, and can support the treatment of neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, stuttering, aphasia and autism. In addition, some studies have shown a correlation between reading ability and beat-keeping ability, as well as reading ability and the consistency of the brain's response to sound. In this paper, I will focus on how beats and rhythmic movements can improve language impairments.

Intrigued by the prestige of Ancient Egyptian civilization and their use of sophisticated technology, I wondered what role sound and vibration played in their society. Specifically, who were the major sound wielders of ancient Egypt, what were their stories, and how did they wield? This paper is an introduction to what could be a lifetime of research and discovery of the role of vibration in ancient Egypt. I hope this information will spark flames of curiosity, or if already aflame, inspire more students to look deeper into learning from these sound veterans of antiquity.

Kundalini Yoga. What is it? Why is it relevant to sound healing and the science of vibration? Are there any scientific studies showing what happens during a Kundalini Awakening? I hope to answer these questions and may more as you read through my paper. By the end you should expect to have a better understanding of what some of the fundamentals are such as Asanas, Kriyas and Mantras. How they play into vibration and create the opportunity for awakening/ connection to source. "Kundalini Yoga is the science to unite the finite with Infinity, and it's the art to experience Infinity in the finite." - Yogi Bhajan. After reading through this paper I hope it ultimately inspires you to do your own research or try out a class and have your own experience.

More and more people are starting to realize the direct impact that their mind activity have on their reality. Our minds generate vibration that is constantly at work. Our thoughts and feelings all have frequency, just like sound and light, radio or ultraviolet waves, a thought vibrate through the mind and whether we’re aware of it or not, our thinking manifest into reality.  Some people become adept at mastering their thoughts and most people can develop awareness and control over their thinking processes. With the right mindset frequency, it is possible to manifest happiness, joy, health, wealth, freedom and transform reality in a tangible form.
