Intrigued by the question, “Where is consciousness coming from,” I decided to research this topic to find answers to the question that was stuck in my mind for years now. From the research, I have discovered, incredible, incalculable amounts of knowledge that is plain sight and that has been suppressed by religious dogmas and various political systems. All this time, however, this knowledge, cleverly hidden in plain sight, served as key and clues built into ancient architecture, waiting to be decoded. This paper elaborates on the mathematical nature of God and all creation in this dimension and many others which compose our expanding universal consciousness.

This is a detailed exploration of connecting with nature, specifically sounding with trees. A historical narrative is included. Sounding with the Trees: Trees are Sound Relationships “Trees are sanctuaries. Whoever knows how to speak to them, whoever knows how to listen to them, can learn the truth. They do not preach learning and precepts, they preach undeterred by particulars, the ancient law of life”. - Hermann Hesse, Wandering

Short Description
This paper discusses the practice of Nadi Shodana, a type of Pranayana restorative breathing technique. The purpose of Nadi Shodhana is to clean and purify the channels. These channels are a part of the subtle body. In the Yoga tradition it is said there are over 72,000 nadis. Today I will be addressing 2 of the 3 main nadi’s which are the Ida & Pingala. Research has shown the practice of Nadi Shodhana imposes a rhythm on the brain and the nadis, over the irregular state that often exists in our body’s, thus affecting the brainwaves by superimposing a regular sine wave over the normal irregular brain activity, bringing the irregularities of the mental process and, eventually, the autonomous body rhythms back into harmony-simply by the use of this conscious rhythmic breathing. Short Description
This paper explains how to integrate pranayama breathing into sound healing practice. Two types are described. Prana is a term used in Yoga to explain the vital life-force energy within the subtle body. Yama means control or restraint. Some say the actual suffix is ayama which means expansion. Let’s just say that Pranayama is breath control with an expanded awareness. All pranayama is based on the normal patterns or breathing: inhalation, short retention, exhalation, and a short retention breath.

This paper explores the relationship of sound, color and the chakras. I wanted to do some deeper investigation on the relationship between sound, color, and the chakras.  One of the most evident relationships is that there are 7 colors in the rainbow, 7 notes in the major scale and 7 chakras. For the most part there is a general agreement on the colors of the chakras. The root chakra is red and as we move up, the colors change according to the color spectrum leaving us with a violet crown chakra. Since the color red has the lowest frequency of the colors in the visible spectrum, it makes sense that red corresponds to the root chakra. Sound Color & Chakras

History and uses of the Native American Flute.  The Native American flute has been reported as the third oldest instrument dating back 60,000 years.  Most flutes were made of an organic material such as cedar, cane bamboo or reed.   River reed was used to make flutes in the southern part of the U.S.  This was an easy flute to make which became the plains flute style, which has been the most common flute today.

Yantras are the maps of consciousness, geometric forms that were visualized by yogis in deep states of meditation when they tried to experience and understand the subtle vibrations within their own bodies and the cosmos. When you look at a yantra, it makes a huge impression on the energy patterns of your mind.  These inner energy patterns begin to respond to concentration and awareness when you meditate on a yantra, as those images create powerful psychological impressions. Concentration on yantras develops intuitive as well as creative ability. The Power of Yantra Mantra

This paper explores the transformational power of chanting on the heart and mind. Our mind is a creature of habit and the thought cycles can be hard to adjust after they have been there for so long. However, the upside to this is that once we do change the “program” to be a healthy one, than it is more likely to stay in place as well. Chanting and using mantras to focus one’s attention can help quiet the mind. The sacred world among us - There is a sacred world around us. First I thought that the name for this written work should be the secret world around us, but actually is not secret. It has always been there, in front of us all the time, interacting with us, making our lives possible, balancing the energies of nature, life and dead. It’s all about to open our eyes, the eyes of the heart and this world will become accessible to us. The vibrations of life, the energy and spirit within everything and all. This world is called by many the “world of the elementals” or “The faery worl...

As sound becomes the new modality, I’ve begun to review the Tibetan bowls as a new venue. With the history of the bowls as stated “the sound of the void”, Bodhisattva Gwalawa Kamapa, the Tibetan bowls manifest the sound of the universe manifesting. The sound acts upon the physical while the sound is healing to the cellular level.
