Crystal light therapy, an ancient practice steeped in the wisdom of Egyptian and Greek civilizations, tapped into the vibrational properties of colored crystals to enhance healing and overall well-being. The utilization of light and color for therapeutic purposes traces back thousands of years. Both the Ancient Egyptians and Greeks astutely recognized the profound impact of light on physical and spiritual health, laying the groundwork for the modern practice of crystal light therapy.

This paper is about the challenges people face staying in flow in a modern world. I argue that current times bring new types of challenges that directly affect the health of our energetic bodies and therefore, our flow. People go in and out of flow, if at all, but it is not sustained or consistent. I describe how the modern world directly impacts our lower energetic systems, specifically, and offer ways of healing and bringing them back to balance. I bring awareness to how these lower energy systems, namely the sacral and root chakra, operate and function in our bodies. Then propose ways of balancing these systems. I argue that awareness of our environment, and our physical and spiritual bodies is fundamental to healing, and that we must refocus our attention from our upper chakras to our lower chakras to reach oneness, or flow. I suggest that people often value and tend to the upper chakras more than the lower ones, assuming that the upper chakras are a direct line to source and in...

Bell ringing is a form of music, and music is energy that creates vibrational patterns. Bell and tower design are very specific, utilizing geometry and consistent accurate measurements. Bells and towers appear to have been used politically to control populations. The effects of bell ringing has been know for a long time, and attempted to be suppressed to weaken communities and individuals. The acoustics also play a role, as well as art of ringers, acoustics of bell/tower, quality of alloy and how it was cast. Bell ringing has tremendous benefits for whole body health and wellness. More studies need to be conducted and published regarding all the health benefits of bell ringing, listening to bell music, and using bells for medical intervention and healing.

Currently there are multiple sensory modalities being researched to treat Alzheimer’s disease, and a variety of cognitive degenerative diseases and impairments. In all of this research, the use of 40HZ gamma brainwave entrainment seems to be the key. 40hz visual, auditory, and tactile stimulation is proving to have positive results in Alzheimer’s patients, improving their memory, cognition, and overall mood and wellbeing. My paper will give a brief overview of some of the current research, and why 40HZ is so effective.

I would like to refer to the contrasting effects of periodic rhythmic elements and non-periodic rhythmic elements as described in the book ‘The Power of Sound’ by Joshua Leeds under ‘Common applications of  entrainment’. Here, examples of periodic rhythmic elements are referred to as a stabilizing factor for our human system while non-periodic rhythm elements like traffic noise do the opposite and ‘jangle our nervous system, because the brain tries to categorize them.’

Inner listening is a receptive state which requires an inner quiet with which to hear intuition and emotion. In this state, feelings which have been denied expression are encouraged to surface. Denied feelings are allowed the opportunity for full expression without blocking or judgement. It is important not to label or apply past beliefs upon any surfacing emotions.
